This is a handmade, Black Knight Halberd replica prop based on Dark Souls 1. Blade and pommel are cast using brush on epoxy, reinforced with fiberglass cloth. Pommel is additionally back filled with resin for stability. Handle is textured 1″ PVC pipe. All parts are primed and hand painted to match in-game artwork, with mottled “burned” black knight texture. Halberd measures approximately 89″ (2.26m) when assembled, and weighs approximately 4 pounds (1.8kg).

Halberd blade, handle, and pommel come apart for easier shipment and travel. If you do not plan to travel with the sword, you can affix the pieces together permanently with glue or epoxy for additional stability. Halberd arrives disassembled when shipped. Pommel and blade simply slide onto the PVC handle for assembly.

This is a handmade Black Knight Halberd replica * PROP * — NOT A REAL WEAPON. It is safe for conventions, and also great as a showcase piece for your wall between uses. Best hung with three to four points of contact horizontally, but can be hung vertically as well. Halberd is safe to pose with for photos and to swing lightly. Excessive or fast swinging is not recommended. This prop is NOT for LARPing.
